Water and Salt Delivery

We offer 40 lbs. solar salt or Iron Out for delivery or pick up during regular business hours. Our salt delivery routes are once a month, we will give you a calendar indicating when we will be at your home. All you have to do is provide access to your softener. No more handling heavy bags of salt!

Testing of your water will give us the information needed to install the proper equipment to handle your problem water. By reducing iron and hard water contaminates, soft water gives you:

Should you decide to purchase your rental unit within the first 6 months, we will give you 100% of rent paid off the purchase price. Should you decide to purchase your rental unit after the first 6 months, but before 1 year of renting, we will give you 50% of paid rent off the purchase price. 

Common Water Problems:

  • Hard Water - Will leave a white scaly build up on your fixtures, water heater, and dishwasher. May also cause spotting on glasses.

  • Iron - Above 0.3 ppm will cause staining of laundry and plumbing fixtures. Also gives metallic or distorted flavor to beverages. 

  • Acidic Water - Water below 7.0 will leave blue-green stains in plumbing fixtures, and leaves a sour taste to water. 

  • Nitrates - If a high concentration is found in your water it can be harmful to young infants, expectant mothers, and young livestock.

  • Turbidity - It may give your water a cloudy appearance or create an unpleasant taste and odor.

  • Iron Bacteria - Will give off rotten egg/sulfur odor. It may cause restriction of water pressure.
