In 1988, Mike and Marty Scheurich established Scheurich Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Inc. They opened and operated out of a garage at the original Scheurich family homestead. As their business grew, so did their family. They welcomed 2 sons, one in 1988 and another in 1993, and enjoyed the convenience of parenting and working from home. In 1997, realizing the business had out grown their space on the homestead, Scheurich Inc. was moved to it's current location at 1008 N. 6th Street in Monticello.

The Scheurich's business has always strived to excel in service and communicating with the customer. They have always said, "If you do what you say, when you say, life is easier." They wanted to create a one-stop shop for all your mechanical needs, and are proud to have worked hard to achieve just that. If it has to do with residential or commercial plumbing, heating, or cooling needs, there is only one phone number needed to call. Water conditioning, along with salt and bottled water deliveries, are another staple of the Sheurich's business, rounding out their goal to be the go-to for their residential or commercial customers' needs.

For over 30 years, Sheurich's Inc. has been involved with multiple residential, commercial, and multi-family construction projects, while maintaining daily service related matters. Today, they are proud to have a very talented and tenured work force capable of fulfilling most requirements they are faced with.
